For your convenience, we have two fully furnished condo units available in the resort of Gentle Winds on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Gentle Winds is a resort condominium complex with 66 units, centrally located on the North
Shore of St. Croix. Caribreezen is in a very private, countrified setting, surrounded by 50 acres of spacious grounds, attractive landscaping, beautiful St. Croix hillsides, a sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea.
To the east of Gentle Winds is the Historic Salt River National Park and Ecological Preserve
(Christopher Columbus landed here in 1493).
There is a shopping complex with a large supermarket and department store only 10 minutes away and an abundance of gift shop and boutiques located in the city of Christiansted. There are many fine restaurants throughout the island, many in Christiansted, some in Frederiksted, others at beaches and Marinas.
Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Tennis, Basketball & Volleyball are all on the site. A short sail away from St. Croix is Buck Island National Monument Underwater Trail for some of the finest snorkeling in the Caribbean.
Golf at it's finest (a Robert Trent Jones designed course) is about 10 minutes away at “Carambola”. Salt River Marina is adjacent to Gentle Winds, offering boating and sailing opportunities including scuba and wind surfing challenges. Additional scuba and snorkeling opportunities are at Cane Bay, about 8 minutes from Gentle Winds.
