Beaches
St. Croix offers some of the world's finest beaches. Whether you enjoy relaxing in the sun or strolling along the boardwalk, you'll enjoy the serenity of the Caribbean. Several recommended visits are to Sandy Point, the longest white sand beach on the island, and the boardwalk in Christiansted.

Entertainment
St. Croix offers many different opportunities to enjoy music, shows, or nightlife.
If you enjoy live theater, we suggest checking out Caribbean Community Theatre which offers live performances most months of the year. Call 340-773-7171 for the latest information.
If you enjoy a round of roulette or a hand of cards, there is also a casino located on the island.

Land Sports
There are plenty of land activities and places to soak in the sun.Among our favorites:
GOLF: Avid golfers will enjoy Carambola Golf Course (a Robert Trent Jones course). Call 340-778-5638 for more information.
HORSEBACK RIDING: Those that enjoy a more active sport can try a lively horseback ride. There are several locations on the island.
TENNIS: Tennis courts are available for Gentle Winds visitors. Keys are located on key rack at the entry.
ATV TOURS: Try Gecko's Island Adventures for a fun ATV tour and experience the island of St. Croix like never before! Family friendly, and kids are welcome, too!

Water Sports

Those that prefer to be in the water, can visit Anchor Dive next door to Gentle Winds. St. Croix ranks among the top diving locations in the Caribbean with more then 50 dive sites.
St. Croix has many of deep sea fishing expeditions. Many Sportfishing options are available on the island, too.

Shopping
St. Croix shopping offers something for all tastes. The King's Alley area of downtown Christiansted has many local shops and stores. You will find island clothing, local pottery, handcrafted jewelry, and island spices, coffees, and teas.
Sunny Isle Shopping Center offers one-stop shopping for most convenience needs and also offers a movie theater.
"Duty Free" and "Special Visitor Discounts" help you stick to your budget while you fill your bag with souvenirs from your vacation in St. Croix.
