My wife has been involved in the traveled industry for over 25 years and hands down one of the best experiences and customer service ever shown. We usually stay at houses so we were a bit skeptical but it exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous setting, excellent snorkeling and wonderful service from Nick at the Shady Shack on the grounds.
DEFINITELY stay here if you are traveling to St Croix. The condo is located RIGHT on a beautiful beach (aren’t they all though in St Croix?) and the condo itself is spacious, clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, food and beverages (honor system!!! Please restock for the next guests) and oh my goodness the view from the condo is simply breathtaking. But the main reason to stay here is because Patrick, the owner, is simply one of the best vacation rental hosts we’ve stayed with - and we’ve stayed at over 20+ rentals over the years. He genuinely cares about his guest’s satisfaction and his lines of communication are open throughout the entire stay. Whether you need to rent a car (you do!!!) or need restaurant recommendations, he will help you all the way. We had a bit of a travel snafu a few days before our scheduled flight, but Patrick worked with us and helped us turn what was a nightmare into a minor inconvenience. Not too many hosts can or will do that for renters these days! We were so pleased with our stay and will definitely stay with Patrick again when we come back to St Croix! Overall a great stay - stop searching and book with Patrick asap!!!
The condo was perfect for our family. Seamless process from start to finish! Great location easy access to the beach. Great views. I would encourage you to check out this condo.
Came to the islands with a friend to celebrate my birthday. It was a beautiful unit decorated well and fully stocked with everything you could need. The honors bar closet was an exceptional treat which we restocked at the end of the stay. The beach and pool were great. Hyacinth was attentive and friendly. Patrick’s recommendations were spot on. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
